If we have panacea for all commuting problems we need charlatan, magician and politician all in one to convince  people to start build the new commuting infrastructure. The problem is that people like to own stuff. Well functioning transit system is a threat to car  manufactures. 

No traffic jams – no road rage. Eliminate accidents – no need to spend money on insurance. No cars to steal – thieves will have to work harder or join scammers world. Hospitals would have room for sick people, no more drink and drive casualties. Pollution level would decline. We would have more time to enjoy life and be happy.

Time to start working on solutions.

Find:     name for the project, eg (AI Solution 2050). Your input is welcome. Please.

Define: funds needed, review elegant solutions that are already in place and available, develop new   ones. Inventing a faster horse will not do. Think outside the box (I hate this slogan).

Objectives: decrease commuting time, costs, resource use, pollution by fifty percent.

Time frame: fifteen years

Prepare vision– describe applicable examples that are currently in place. I.e. Roads – rail – redesign for smaller loads and higher utilization. Analyze loading and unloading  goods – check Amazon, DHL warehousing operations. Review airports, rail stations for traffic flow. Logistics – study air traffic control, rail traffic control, electrical grid load distribution, warehousing inventory control, container ports logistics.
